Most people feel stressed occasionally and some people find stress helpful or even motivating. However, if the stress is affecting your life, that would cause many different symptoms. It might affect how you feel physically, mentally as well as how you behave. There are different methods that you can try to help with stress. One effective way is to try talking about your feelings to someone like a friend, family member or health professional. Meanwhile, please try not to tell yourself that you're alone since most people feel stressed at some point in their life and support is always available.

 

There are some other useful tips for managing stress immediately as followings.
